THE London Swing Orchestra is bringing jazz classics to Salisbury for a charity concert.
The concert will be held at Salisbury Playhouse on July 5 and the orchestra will play popular numbers from Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole as well as favourite jazz and swing hits.
Proceeds from the event will be split between the Trussell Trust, which provides emergency food for more than 4,000 people in the area, and the Playhouse.
Mark Elling, events manager for the trust, said: “Both the trust and the Playhouse are at the heart of our community in Salisbury. This unique event is a chance to show support for both organisations and help local people.”
Tickets are £22 and available from the box office on 01722 320333 or at
