THE popular Christmas Concert at St John’s Church in Lower Bemerton is back once again this year.
The event, on Sunday, December 15, will include Christmas songs and carols, a medley from the Sisters of Swing, local singer Emily Arnold and a contribution from the Bemerton St John School choir.
There will be a chance to buy last minute gifts and home-made Christmas goodies, while mulled wine, mince pies and hot chocolate for the children will contribute to the festive cheer.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no entry charge.
The concert starts at 6pm, with all proceeds from donations and sales going towards the project to convert St John’s to use as a community centre.
