STUDENTS at Wiltshire College in Salisbury performed an adaptation of Cinderella.

The Ash Girl, written by Timberlake Wertenbaker, was performed by students from the BTEC performing arts course, jointly delivered by Salisbury Playhouse and Wiltshire College.

Directed by course leader Marnie Forbes, The Ash Girl was accompanied by original music composed and performed by students from the college’s BTEC music course.

The production was the first performance by performing arts students to take place at the Salisbury campus for three years.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2014 intake on the BTEC Level 3 extended diploma performing arts.
