MIDDLE Wallop Military Wives Choir is looking for a new musical director.
Outgoing managing director Fiona Evans said: “I am immensely proud to have been with these wonderful girls since our formation two years ago. They sing with great passion, commitment, energy and spirit. They are every musical director’s dream and I will miss working with them.”
A choir member added: “It has reawakened a love for making music that I thought was long gone.
It has given me a lovely escape from the stressful monotony of looking after two small boys and has provided a very welcome distraction from my husband's deployment in Afghanistan.”
The choir meets on a Tuesday evening at the Middle Wallop Community Centre.
