A WRITING desk on wheels set the stage for the launch of the regional theatre festival Theatre Fest West on Monday.
Street theatre company Theatre Rush took to the city’s streets to perform The Story Exchange.
The Journal caught up with them in Guildhall Square.
Members of the public were invited to join the fun by sending technology-free Tweets, playing word games or adding a line in a silly version of Consequences.
The cast also re-enacted people’s stories, including those with alternative endings, and encouraged sharing stories and being creative.
