A vocal tour de force screened live from the Metropolitan Opera House

ROSSINI’S La Cenerentola will be screened live from the Metropolitan Opera at Salisbury Arts Centre on Saturday.

A peerless pair of Rossini virtuosos joins forces in La Cenerentola – a vocal tour de force for mezzosoprano Joyce DiDonato, singing her first Met of the Cinderella title role, and the high-flying tenor Juan Diego Florez as her Prince Charming.

Alessandro Corbelli and Luca Pisaroni complete the cast, with Met principal conductor Fabio Luisi leading the effervescent score Doors open 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance at 9.35pm. Tickets and information at salisburyartscentre.co.uk or call 01722 321744.
