DIRTY Dancing fans are in for a treat tomorrow as Stage Acts Entertainment’s hit tribute show comes to Salisbury City Hall, The show is a fully choreographed celebration of the music from the iconic film, starring the winner of the BBC Radio 2 Voice of Musical Theatre, Aimie Atkinson.

She is joined by Sophie Ayers who recently played Marina in Loserville at the Garrick Theatre. Other new cast members include Jonathan Mark-Mawson (Legally Blonde), Darren John (Grease, Zombie Prom), Laura Ellis and Joe Murphy.

Original cast members Matt Firth (Fame, Tonight’s the Night), Lucy Hope-Borne and Stephanie Ticknall-Smith continue in their roles.

An Evening of Dirty Dancing: The Tribute Show is a sell-out spectacular originally directed by Paul Spicer (Avenue Q, The Last 5 Years, Taboo) with choreography by Leanne Harwood (Mamma Mia!, Footloose).

Dirty Dancing has songs including Big Girls Don’t Cry, Hey Baby, Wipeout, Do You Love Me, Hungry Eyes and the Oscar-winning (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.

An Evening of Dirty Dancing is at Salisbury City Hall on Friday, June 13 at 7.30pm.
