THE last show of a 53-date tour finally found its way to The City Hall on Sunday night, with the Eels’ frontman 'E' telling the crowd that “anything is possible, and even a loser like me can play to beautiful people like you in a beautiful place like this”.
The show itself was one of true beauty and was made extra special by 'E' walking along the central aisle giving members of the audience heartfelt hugs.
Mistakes of My Youth was a stand-out track from a set list of old and new numbers. It was clear the band enjoyed playing the City Hall, so let’s see more recognised touring bands here in the future.
