JIMMY Carr, Alan Davies and Jim Davidson are among the comedy line-up at Salisbury City Hall this autumn.

Returning with a repeat of his May performance which sold out, Carr brings his Funny Business tour back to the city on September 9.

The show is described as being packed with jokes, a great night out and probably a bit rude, which his fans know and enjoy.

Davies, above, known for his appearances on QI and as crime solver Jonathan Creek, is performing Little Victories on October 16.

He is described by the Guardian newspaper as “one of the best stand-up comics out there”.

Comedy king Davidson is presenting No Further Action on October 17, having turned the worst year of his life into a resounding success.

The Pub Landlord, Al Murray is bringing his new tour One Man, One Guv’nor to the city on November 5.

David Baddiel is coming to City Hall with his new show Fame: Not the Musical on November 21.

He will be talking about obsession with fame and discuss subjects such as how he accidentally stole the spotlight at Russell Brand’s wedding and realising Andrew Lloyd Webber cannot tell him apart from Ben Elton.

Comedian and award-winning actor Omid Djalili is returning to City Hall after two years on December 6, presenting his new show Iranalamadingdong.

Frank Skinner, left, will be closing the season on December 21 with his show Man In a Suit.

Skinner’s career ranges from The Frank Skinner Show and Fantasy Football League in the 90s to Room 101, which is currently in its third series, and his award-winning Absolute Radio show.
