PEOPLE are being invited to take along tiny sculptures and exchange them for a figure at a Salisbury art gallery on August 30 at 2pm.
The Young Gallery is holding an exhibition called Cicatrix, featuring the work of Henry Burnett, Prudence Maltby and Susan Francis.
The exhibition will include an installation, drawing and film to mark the centenary of the First World War. Invitees can bring along a sculpture to fit in a 3cm by 3cm space, in return for one of Mr Burnett’s Juniper Joes.
Dr Alison Hems, senior lecturer in heritage and public history at Bath Spa University, will give a lecture.
“Subversive” refreshments are promised.
