ARE you an artist? Do you make jewellery? Can you make furniture? Are you a ceramicist or textile artist? Or a sculptor?

If so the organisers of the Wylye Valley Art Trail would like to hear from you.

Applications are now invited for participation in the eighth biannual Wylye Valley Art Trail which is due to take place from Saturday 23 to Sunday 31 May 2015.

The nine day festival of visual art and crafts in and around the Wylye Valley is one of the largest arts events of its kind in the county. Consisting of open studios and workplaces, galleries, exhibitions by individual artists, craftspeople and groups, and other events such as demonstrations, workshops and children's activities, it is a great opportunity for art lovers to visit working studios and meet the artists themselves.

And for the artist it’s a great way to show people what you do.

The trail attracts both established artists and those new to exhibiting.

The closing date for applications is December 12 2014.

For more information visit the website wvat.co.uk or call the coordinator Laura Rich 01747 861537 / 07910 736563.

Organisers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have a possible venue for artists to use for the trail.
