Masters of modern Irish music set for show
IRELAND’S “première traditional acoustic band” Lúnasa will perform at Salisbury Arts Centre next Thursday.
Lúnasa have gained major international recognition as masters of modern Irish music through sold-out international tours and many prestigious awards.
The band is formed of virtuosic musicians performing on a range of traditional Irish instruments, including tin whistles, Uilleann pipes and fiddles, as well as double bass and guitar.
Lúnasa are touring ahead of their next album and Salisbury Arts Centre is one of only a few UK dates.
