REDLYNCH will be commemorating the First World War next week with a special theatre production based on how the war affected the village and the country.
Redlynch Players are performing For Your Tomorrow at Redlynch Village Hall from Wednesday to Saturday.
Directed by Lloyd Perry, the production will feature well-known music from the time as well as readings, poems and extracts from plays such as My Boy Jack and Dear Mother.
There will also be anecdotes from local families on how the war affected them.
Tickets are £8 and £1 from each ticket sold will be donated to The Morgans Vale, Woodfalls and Redlynch Branch of the Royal British Legion.
