ARE you ready for a rib-tickling evening?

Salisbury Arts Centre has a dose of laughter therapy for you tomorrow, with its monthly Barnstormers Comedy night.

Take three great comedians from the London comedy scene, add a hilarious guest compère and there you have the Barnstormers recipe for a great night out. On the bill for this show are Owen O’Neill, Dougie Dunlop and Spencer Brown.

Owen O'Neill has established himself as a comedian, writer and actor. He made his TV debut on Saturday Live in 1985 and since then has performed on numerous TV shows including his own TV stand-up special for the BBC.

''His animated, passionate performance brings his material to life, and the audience banter and little routines put each piece into the perfect context,'' said Chortle, the UK comedy guide.

Highly-talented observational comic Dougie Dunlop effortlessly gets audiences laughing and sharing his unique take on life.

According to The Scotsman, he has "all the composure of a Tiger Woods putt”.

Not so much a comedian as a force of nature, Spencer Brown is ripping up the comedy circuit like a cartoon tornado. Young, fresh, and like nothing you've ever seen before, crowds have been wowed by his childlike anarchy and Looney Tunes physicality in performances described by Time Out as "more an event than a gig".

Seeing Spencer Brown is like plugging into the comedy mainframe, so prepare to have your mind blown: this is refreshing, goofy comedy that will make you love life.
