LITTLE Soldier Productions present a hilarious take on an epic at Salisbury Arts Centre on Friday, March 13, with The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha.

Get ready for an imaginative adventure of epic proportions, to be taken with a pinch of salt and a handlebar moustache.

Inspired by Don Quixote’s wanderings, two feisty senoritas and a downtrodden Englishman embark on a journey through Spain taking on one of the most accomplished works of fiction ever written.

Accompanied only by a guitarist, they will lead you to joy, pain and ultimate wisdom.

Don Quixote received The Stage Award for Acting Excellence at the Edinburgh Festival last year and the theatre magazine also named it as one of the best shows of 2014.

It was picked as a ‘show you can’t live without’ in Lyn Gardner’s essential Fringe picks.

The Stage described it as: “Technically brilliant and jaw-droppingly entertaining”.

Tickets are £12/£10 concessions, available at salisburyartscentre.co.uk or on 01722 321744.

Book a ‘Dinner and a Show’ ticket for £24 to enjoy a pre-show tapas supper.
