BIG names in the world of showbiz feature are being welcomed to the stage at this year's Salisbury International Arts Festival.
These include Monty Python legend John Cleese, comedian and impressionist Rory Bremner, and Iranian comedian and actor Omid Djalili.
John Cleese, who is best-known for his roles in Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, and films such as A Fish called Wanda, makes a special appearance to discuss his autobiography, So Anyway.
His candid autobiography tells the tale of how a tall, shy youth from Weston-Super-Mare went on to become a comedy legend.
Cleese has enjoyed more than 40 years in the spotlight and will be at Salisbury Playhouse on Saturday, June 6, 7.30pm.
Impressionist, comedian, writer, presenter and actor, Rory Bremner will be appearing at the festival on Wednesday, June 3, at Salisbury Playhouse, 7.30pm.
Since his breakthrough appearance on Wogan in 1985, Bremner has won back-to-back Baftas for top comedy performance in 1995 and 1996 as well as three Royal Television Society and two British Comedy awards.
He is well-known for writing and starring in political show, Bremner, Bird and Fortune, which ran for almost 20 years on Channel 4.
Bremner even donned his dancing shoes and sparkly sequinned outfits to appear as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2011.
Festival-goers can also join Iranian comedian Omid Djalili on Sunday, May 31, at Salisbury Playhouse on Sunday, May 31, 7.30pm.
As well as being a big name on the comedy circuit, Djalili has also hit the big screen - appearing in Hollywood films The Mummy and Gladiator.
He discusses his life story as told in his memoir Hopeful – reflecting on his unconventional childhood, finding fame as a young Iranian in London and sharing frank and funny anecdotes from his life in showbusiness.
Cleese, Djalili and Bremner will all be in conversation with Daily Telegraph journalist Matthew Stadlen.
