FORDINGBRIDGE Players are presenting a triple bill of short one-act plays for two nights only.
From the Deckchairs Series by Jean McConnell, Dancers and Day Trippers will offer side-splitting observational humour set by the sea while Monkey’s Paw, based on a short story by W W Jacobs, is a creepy suspense drama in which a family has their curiosity piqued by a mysterious talisman.
The plays have been selected to offer wide appeal to both regular and new drama fans looking for a different and excellent night of live theatre. The comedies are performed in the round in one part of the restored Victoria Rooms in the heart of Fordingbridge. And the suspense play is presented on the traditional stage on the ground floor.
Performances take place on Friday, November 6 and Saturday 7.
Tickets, £8, are available from Jessica’s, High Street or by calling 01425 652395. Alternatively, go to fordingbridgeplayers.org.uk
