SALISBURY artist Rose Eva has won a prize in the ING Discerning Eye Exhibition 2015.
Her work ‘Nude’ has been awarded the Humphreys Purchase Prize.
This achievement comes on top of the fact that her work was chosen by Larry Lamb for the exhibition in the first place, from a nationwide open call for entries.
Prizes are awarded each year at the opening of a special show at The Mall Galleries in London organised by The Discerning Eye, an educational charity which encourages a wider understanding and appreciation of the visual arts, and sponsored by ING Commercial Banking.
The exhibition selectors this year included Nicole Farhi, Larry Lamb and Emma Bridgewater. The exhibition runs until Sunday.
