TOP UK act, and Comedian of the Year Nominee, Luke Benson brings his latest show to the Salisbury stage.

The show, which he debuted at this year’s Adelaide Fringe, is an hour of feel-good stand-up — full of jokes and stories, and comes to Salisbury Arts Centre on Friday, July 8 (8pm).

Joining Luke on the bill is Dublinborn comic, Mary Bourke. She was the winner of the Irish World Comedian of the Year Award 1999, and has been a finalist in several other competitions.

She has performed all over the world, including the USA and Australia, winning over the audiences with her strange take on everyday events.

Luke has performed extensively in the UK and abroad, doing shows in the Balkans, Scandinavia, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium and Bahrain.

In addition, he is a radio presenter with a show for three years on Shoreditch Radio and curator of an NUFC Podcast called The Newcastle Natter through Playback Media.

He has appeared on Channel 4, Channel 5, GinxTV, Radio 1, 6 Music, Radio 4, Capital, Virgin and Absolute Radio and written for BBC Radio4 and Sky.

Luke has also been a finalist in the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year, Leicester Mercury New Comedian of the Year - twice - and the Amused Moose Laugh Off, to name a few.
