JOIN the band in Putting the Band Back Together.
It runs in The Salberg at Salisbury Playhouse until Saturday and will give some members of the audience who used to play an instrument the opportunity to join the band live on stage.
Part riotous gig and part tender storytelling, every performance features some local ex-players picking their instruments back up to play live alongside the house band led by The Futureheads’ Ross Millard.
Audiences who would like to pick up their instruments again can join the house band by attending a pre-show workshop on the night of the performance.
A keyboard, drums and percussion instruments will be available to borrow and other instruments may be able to be sourced if players do not have their own.
Audiences can choose to see the show with or without joining the band.
