JOIN preserve expert Vivien Lloyd to discover the secrets of creating the perfect, delicious marmalade at Horatio's Garden in Salisbury.

Vivien Lloyd who is a leading authority on the preservation of fruit and vegetables and author of First Preserves. She is also a WI preserves judge and teaches at cookery schools across the UK.

Her preserves have won prestigious competitions, notably the Marmalade Awards and Fortnum and Mason's Chutney Challenge.

The Marmalade Morning is being held in the Garden Room at Horatio’s Garden, Salisbury District Hospital, on Thursday, January 19, and runs from 10am until 1pm.

Horatio’s Garden is a charity that builds and cares for gardens created for patients who face long stays at NHS spinal injury centres following life-changing injuries.

The first garden was built in Salisbury.
