GET into the pantomime spirit with Tisbury Arts Group (TAG).
The group brings its latest production of Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood to the Nadder Centre this week.
Charlie Greenwood (Robin Hood) and Nichola Gee (Maid Marion) will be treading the boards again; accompanied by Steve Whittingham who plays Winnie Widebottom, Maid Marion’s former nanny and the village school teacher.
Steve, who has recently joined Tisbury Arts Group, previously played the Dame in three productions at the college where he was a lecturer and senior manager:
“Playing the Dame is always huge fun and an opportunity to let your hair down – or perhaps I mean put on a great big wig,” said Steve.
The production, written by Ben Crocker, runs until tomorrow (Saturday). Performances are at 7.30pm and the Saturday matinee is at 2.30pm.
Tickets are £8 for adults, £5.50 for children and £25 for family tickets, available from Tisbury Post Office or by calling 01747 870200. All seats non-reserved.
