FOLLOWING the story of a young girl who has lost her ability to dream, audiences embark on a magical adventure to find out where dreams are made, what they look like and what they smell like.

House of Stray Cats present a new sensory puppet show, The Dream Factory, at Salisbury Arts Centre, on Wednesday (October 25), 11am and 2pm (relaxed performance).

The Dream Factory show is suitable for ages four to nine.

To coincide with The Dream Factory visitors can create their own factory full of dreams. This is a free drop-in activity suitable for families and children of all ages, created as a part of the national Big Draw initiative. The Big Draw activity takes place from 10am-3pm.

n On Saturday expect everything from Celtic music to jazz all played with rhythm and flair, mixed with some awe-inspiring dancing from one of the world’s best tap dancers. The talents of tap-dance legend Lee Payne with Welsh harpist Harriet Earis, bass-player Wal Coughlan and drummer Sam Christie combine for the Harp and Tap performance.

There will also be tap dance (11am-noon) and harp (2-4pm) workshops.

Tickets are available at salisburyartscentre.co.uk or from 01722 321744.
