FROM the Jam featuring former The Jam bassist Bruce Foxton, legendary vocalist and guitarist Russell Hastings and drummer Mike Randon, are celebrating 35 years since the release of The Gift, The Jam’s sixth and final album.

The Gift 35th Anniversary Tour is heading to City Hall Salisbury on October 28, 7pm.

Released in 1982, The Gift was one of The Jam’s most successful albums, reaching No 1 in the UK album chart.

Produced by Peter Wilson, the album contains one of the band’s most well-known hits, Town Called Malice.

From the Jam will perform selections from this classic album plus a selection of hand-picked songs from the back catalogue of The Jam.

And on October 26, John Mayall will also be taking to the City Hall stage.

For more than 50 years, John Mayall has served as a pioneer of blues music, earning him the title of “The Godfather of British Blues”.

Live Wire, the AC/DC Show, on October 27 is a six-man tribute to rock band AC/DC.
