ENDING the month with a healthy dose of laughter, Barnstormers brings three comedians from the London comedy circuit to Salisbury Arts Centre.

Join Paul Kerensa, Javier Jarquin, and Tony Law on Friday (November 24) at 8.30pm. Doors open at 7.45pm.

On Saturday (November 25) accordion maestro John Kirkpatrick will take audiences through tunes celebrating midwinter dance, rhymes of hope and luck-bringing, songs in honour of food and seasonal merriment and an original song all about the nativity from the onlooking creatures viewpoint.

Carolling and Crumpets: John Kirkpatrick starts at 8pm.

Finland’s master of deadpan comedy, Aki Kaurismäki, returns with the story of an unlikely friendship between a Syrian asylum seeker and an elderly Finnish restaurant owner.

Winner of the Berlin Silver Bear for Best Director, The Other Side of Hope, is being shown at the arts centre on Wednesday, November 29, at 7.30pm. Doors open at 6.45pm.
