VISITORS to the Fordingbridge Festival will be treated to a variety of acts next month.
Fordingbridge Events Group has shared details of some of the entertainment set to run at the event which will run from 10.30am to 5pm at the Fordingbridge Recreation Ground on July 21.
Peter Cheal, the chairman of the Fordingbridge Festival Committee, said: “Visitors to the festival will be treated to a variety of acts including a display by Fordingbridge Fire and Rescue, a dog display, heavy horse obstacle racing, a tractor pull and tug of war as well as a display by a hovercraft.”
There will be sessions by local musicians Alis Eaton, Katie Waygood and Tom Gwyther as well as a number of Burgate School performers taking to the stage. Activities in the children’s area include a climbing wall, circus skills workshop, tea cup rides, bungee trampolines, inflatables, badge making, pebble painting, football skills, face painting, and children’s entertainer Krazy Kev. Plus, stalls, classic cars and more.

Adult tickets £6, ages 6-16 are £1 and under 6 are free. Family tickets (2 x adults and 2 x children) are available at £12. Discounted advance tickets will be going on sale soon.
