START the year with a song in your heart. This is choir leader Fiona Evans’ invitation to anyone who might be interested in joining Salisbury Coffee Choir.
The choir meets at 10am on Tuesdays from January 10, initially to have a cup of coffee and then singing is from 10.30am until 11.45am.
Cost is £4 per person.
Meetings are held in the Quaker Meeting House on Wilton Road in Salisbury.
Fiona says that much research has been done into the physical, social and emotional benefits of singing and many great friendships have been formed through the coffee choir.
