PUNK rock poetry is coming to Salisbury City Hall courtesy of John Cooper Clarke.
Clarke, who shot to fame in the 1970s, touring with the likes of the Sex Pistols,The Clash and Elvis Costello, will be reciting his popular lyrical pieces, including Evidently Chicken Town, Beasley Street and IWanna Be Yours.
In recent times he has been featured in a BBC Radio documentary and his works are studied by students at GCSE and A-level.
He will be at the City Hall on Saturday, October 20 at 8pm.
