It is an extremely unlikely thing that a Sixties rock group fronted by a wild eyed flautist with a propensity for standing on one leg should manage to survive for forty years, and yet Jethro Tull have done so, and if their gig at the City Hall on Tuesday is anything to go by, they continue to flourish.
