SALISBURY City Hall has an impressive line-up in store for music fans.

Iconic British Punk band Buzzcocks, world famous Birmingham reggae act UB40 and 80s power ballad outfit T’Pau will be taking to the stage in the autumn.

American alt rock band The EELS are appearing on Sunday, July 27 as part of a North American and European Tour in celebration of the release of their new album The Cautionary Tales of lead vocalist Mark Oliver Everett.

The record is The EELS’ 11th album since they broke on to the scene with Beautiful Freak in 1996.

Buzzcocks, who are best known for their hit single Ever Fallen in Love, will be in Salisbury on Friday, October 10, followed the next night by T’Pau whose songs include Heart and Soul and China in Your Hand.

UB40, who are best known for their reggae inspired hits Red Red Wine, Kingston Town and I Can’t Help Falling in Love, will appear at the City Hall on November 23 and The South are returning to Salisbury on December 18.

Also on the bill are Mad Dog Mcrea, Hawkwind, The Drifters and The Manfreds.
