THE Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra played to thousands of school children from the local area last weekend at the Salisbury City Hall.
The primary school children joined in with some of the songs, which they had practised beforehand, many of whom were experiencing live orchestra for the first time. James Redwood, Composer and Workshop Leader, said: ‘The sound of the top notes of the Motion and Commotion song being sung at the top of everyone's voices was hair-raising.
‘Thanks so much to teachers and students for putting in so much work before the concert and for joining in with such enthusiasm.’
