FOLK favourites Mad Dog Mcrea will be making their way to Salisbury City Hall on September 26 at 8pm as they perform their uplifting mix of folk, pop, rock and bluegrass music. Expect lots of dancing, raised hands and the odd mandolin or two.
After three extremely successful gigs at Glastonbury 2013 and the recent release of their video for Happy Bus, the band are rising in status and regularly given radio play.
Along with their large and dedicated fan base, Mad Dog Mcrea are now well-known on the live music scene.
Having won the accolade of Best Album of the Year with their last album The Whirling Dervish at the 2011 South West Music Awards and then Best Live Act in the same awards in 2012, this six-piece band are not to be missed.
