The Competition
Journal's competition call to amateur photographers

Once again the Salisbury Journal has teamed up with Salisbury and Stonehenge Tourism Partnership in a fabulous photographic competition.
First prize is a superb Lumix TZ5 camera from Panasonic, sponsored by shop@Panasonic.

To enter the competition, all you have to do is send us up to three tourism-related photographs from around south Wiltshire. These can be of anything from major attractions such as Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge, to local events, picturesque towns and villages, walking and cycling, shopping, eating out or gardens.
The competition runs from until Sunday August 31 and is open to all residents of south Wiltshire as well as visitors to the area (with the exception of members of Salisbury and Stonehenge Tourism Partnership, employees of Salisbury Journal, employees of Salisbury District Council, or their families or associated companies).

Winning photographs will be featured in the Salisbury Journal in the autumn and may also be used in Salisbury and Stonehenge Tourism Partnership’s 2009 range of publications.
For full terms and conditions and an application form, please telephone the Salisbury Journal on 01722 426500, email photocomp@salisburyjournal.co.uk, or

The area of south Wiltshire is defined on
www.visitsalisbury.com/maps and on the back of the Salisbury and Stonehenge Visitor Guide 2006 and entries must comply with these boundaries.
Entry will be restricted to three photos per person, per category and can be submitted as prints (size 10x8 inches), by post to Salisbury Journal, 8/12 Rollestone Street, Salisbury, Wilts, SP1 1DY or as a jpeg attachment (minimum resolution 300dpi) by email to:
