Sorry for absence of stall

ON behalf of the remaining ‘old guard’ members of Salisbury Country Market (still known as the WI market), we would like to apologise for the absence of our caravan in the Market Place on Saturdays.

The consortium that was going to take over the running of the stall has found several unexpected problems, which have prevented the reopening just now, although it is hoped to start again after Easter.

In the meantime, we are really sorry to let our customers down, especially those who come from as far afield as Bournemouth and Andover.

We regret that we couldn’t let you know about this glitch beforehand to prevent wasted journeys.

We miss you all and hope to see you again soon.
