Council slow to clear snow

DESPITE high parking charges and the horrendous rates for our shops – which are higher than many other similar sized towns and cities – our council “where everybody matters” can’t even manage to clear three inches of snow from the majority of our car parks, city streets and pavements.

It is probably high time that our out-of-touch, obviously incompetent and secondrate council was given the “heave”.
