Plans don't seem to be thought through

DEVELOPERS want to build a Sainsbury’s on the flood plain. Access to it is from a flooded road but not to worry, there may well be a hotel on the lake over the road for those who need a change of clothes.

Maybe we can promenade from the hotel to the overblown Tesco and then move on to Sainsbury’s for a day out? How about a hydro tunnel so the already congested traffic isn’t interrupted?

We don’t employ the best brains here to work this out for nothing.
