LITTLE Courtney Smith's birth was even more reason to celebrate, as there are now five generations of women in her family.
Courtney, who is three months old, joins mum, Stacey McNeill, 19, gran Nicola Holman, 38, great-grandma Suzy Hartley, 56, and great-great-grandma Ruby Hartley in making up the fantastic five.
Suzie said: "It is amazing that it should happen like this.
"We are very lucky that my mum, Ruby, has stayed fit and well and she is absolutely thrilled to now be a great-great-grandma.
"I have to say that I am not sure I have fully adjusted to being a great-grandma yet, because it makes me sound so old, but I am sure I'll get used to it.
"When we found out Stacey was pregnant I think the men in our family were hoping for a boy to equal things out a bit.
"But it's another girl and so it looks like we'll have the upper hand for a while yet."
