Scary boot camp for charity

The Halloween boot camp at Tidworth.
SKELETONS, scary clowns and black cats took part in a Halloween-themed boot camp on Tuesday to raise money for charity.
Thirty women dressed up for the fun-filled workout in Tidworth which involved pumpkin pushups, swings, burpees and sprints.
Angela Ross, from Physique Boot Camp, said: “Pumpkins are of course synonymous with Hallowe’en but they are great for personal training due to their size and weight and they also have fantastic nutritional value.”
The women raised £150 for Cancer Research UK.
Physique Boot Camp’s next fundraising events will be a Christmas Cracker boot camp in December followed by The Great Selection Box Amnesty in January.
