Driver injured in A303 crash

A DRIVER was trapped in her car after losing control on the A303 at Wylye and crashing into the central reservation.

Police were called at about 7pm on Sunday after the driver of a white Suzuki van lost control and crashed near the junction with the A36.

Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service released the driver from her van and she was taken to Salisbury District Hospital with leg injuries.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them on 101.
