HEALTHY Walks are beginning at Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve in January.
Walk Leader Nigel Owen, who has been trained by Community First New Forest to lead the walks, is looking forward to welcoming anyone who wishes to improve their fitness and enjoy the surrounding area.
The walks are taking place on Wednesdays at 11am. Walks are free and on flat terrain and are suitable for all, including those who haven’t taken much exercise recently.
