AN appeal has been lodged against enforcement action take by Wiltshire Council at stables in Whiteparish.
The council issued an enforcement notice for Spring Meadows in Newton Lane, Whiteparish, because it says the owner, Neil Moores, has materially changed the use of land from equestrian/stabling to mixed use by stationing a mobile home on the land.
Mr Moores is appealing against the enforcement notice and said the mobile home is not being used as somewhere to live but to provide changing and toilet facilities for people renting the stables.
A planning inspector will decide the appeal based on written statements from both parties.
