POLICE are appealing for information after a man was attacked in the Old Geroge Mall, Salisbury.
A 28-year-old man was assaulted next to HMV at the entrance to Pepys Walk at about 10.30pm on Sunday, December 23.
He sustained facial injuries and was treated at Salisbury District Hospital.
Police are appealing to a number of passersby who may have witnessed the incident, specifically a blonde woman and a dark-haired man.
The suspect is described as a white man of about 27 years of age with short dark hair.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Mark Harris at Salisbury CID on 101.
