Nominations open for health awards

A HEALTH partnership is looking for nominations of groups, clubs and businesses that improve health and wellbeing in local communities.
Wiltshire’s Health Improvement Partnership Awards has nine categories: physical activity, healthy eating, sexual health, The Sanofi Pasteur MSD Innovation award, mental health and wellbeing, health inequalities, smoking, alcohol and drug misuse prevention, workplace health and wellbeing and the Liquid Media Public award for outstanding contribution to improving health and wellbeing.
The deadline for nominations is January 25 to nominate another organisation or individual and January 31 to nominate your own organisation.
The ceremony will be held at Trowbridge Civic Centre on March 13. To find out more and to nominate go to wiltshire.gov.uk/healthawards.htm.
