Calls made to clear 'messy' area in Amesbury

CALLS have been made to improve the area at the front of Amesbury Library.
Graham Browning of Amesbury Rotary Club told the town’s council that the area was “a mess with grass growing through the paving stones”.
“I can’t imagine what impression this gives tourists,” he added.
Councillor John Noeken said the council would “speak to the relevant authority” to get the area cleaned up.
