Community radio station to raise money for H4H

First published in News by

A COMMUNITY radio station is set to air a special charity show in aid of Help for Heroes.

Castledown Radio DJs will be playing a mixture of songs on Wednesday, January 16, in the hope of raising £200.

A-level student Dan Herridge has organised the event and said: “We spend a lot of time talking to the community, including family members in the armed forces,” he said.

“By broadcasting this show, we’re able to give something back to the community.”

Listeners can pick up the community station at castledownradio.info or alternatively tune into 104.7FM if they’re in Tidworth. Donations can be made at justgiving.com/castledownh4h.
