CHILDREN can enjoy a range of activities at Salisbury Cathedral over the Easter holidays.

The cathedral has a special If Easter Could Speak trail, activity mornings, craft workshops, and story time.

If Easter Could Speak is a series of interactive reflection stations around the cathedral from March 24 to April 8.

Collect a free map at the entrance any time, except during services, and follow the route through the building to find displays and materials to help you explore together what Easter is about. Suitable for all ages four and upwards.

Activity Mornings take place the on March 25 and 26 from 10.30am to 12.15pm, with music, crafts, interactive games and a Bible reflection.

They are suitable for children aged five to 12 and are £4 per session per child.

Junior Craft: Stepping into Spring sessions will include making a personalised herb or pen clay pot, a 3D life size Easter bunny marionette, a giant mixed media Spring collage, or weaving your own box or basket.

The sessions take place from April 2 to 5 from 10.30 to noon and from 1.30pm to 3pm and are suitable for all ages.

Each session costs £3 per child. No pre-booking required. Stories for Spring sessions will be held from from 12.15pm to 12.30pm on April 2 to 5.
