THE Cross Keys Shopping Centre in Salisbury has been purchased by Quantum Group, a Bournemouth-based investment company.
The centre, which is home to stores such as TK Maxx and Panasonic, also provides office accommodation for organisations such as Pearson Fronter, and the Gurkha Welfare Trust.
Henry Lumby, partner at Quantum Group, said: “We are delighted to have completed the purchase of Cross Keys.
“We have ambitious plans to deliver a first class shopping experience and make Cross Keys a must visit destination within Salisbury, as well as a great place to work.
“At the heart of this is to create an environment in which our tenants can thrive.”
The centre was formally owned by Wigmore Retail LLP.
