Nursery raises money for Lucy's Days Out
STAFF and children at a Salisbury nursery have presented a cheque for more than £800 to the charity Lucy’s Days Out.
The nursery in Burford Road held various fundraising events over the last 18 months to raise the money for the charity, which was set up in memory of 12-year-old Lucy Page, and provides memorable days out for families living with serious illnesses.
Staff and children at the nursery presented Lucy’s mother Julie with a cheque for £805 and said they plan to continue supporting the charity this year.
