BLIND and partially sighted people are being invited to join a choir.
Salisbury’s Choir for the Blind has just been awarded area board funding that will enable it to hold five weekly sessions starting on Friday, February 22.
The singing sessions will be held at the Royal British Legion Club in Endless Street, Salisbury from 11am until 12.30pm and cost £5 each.
A further five weekly sessions will begin on Friday, April 12, at the same time, venue and price.
Organisers say community transport may be available to help people attend.
Singing ability is not important and the sessions are led by a professional choir mistress. For further details contact Lynette Elliott on 07864 077578.
