Man disturbed trying to break into Durrington property

A POTENTIAL burglar ran off after being disturbed trying to break into a house on Larkhill Road in Durrington at 2am on Thursday morning.
The man, described as aged in his 20s, about 6ft with a thin build and wearing faded blue jeans and a white hoodie, was caught apparently trying to break into the rear of the property.
When challenged he ran off towards the Stonehenge pub.
Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Maddie Hennah of the priority crime team at Salisbury Police Station on 101.
